Accredited CBT Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Lecturer, and Researcher
You may be struggling with perfectionism, self-criticism, rumination, imposter syndrome and burnout. You may be feeling stuck in a loop — replaying conversations or feeling like you should be further ahead in life. Perhaps self-doubt is starting to affect your work, relationships, or ability to enjoy life. If this sounds like you, you are in the right place.
I am a qualified and fully accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist offering evidence-based, compassionate therapy for adults experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, PTSD, CPTSD, low self-esteem, stress and relationship difficulties.
I have a keen interest in working with thoughtful, reflective people who find themselves unsure about the way forward, who are lacking in self-esteem, and whose difficult past experiences are holding them back.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that are keeping you down, and we can work toward meaningful change grounded in insight, and in what feels real, possible, and true for you.
Therapy can be a place to reconnect with your internal world, to clarify what matters to you, and to find more fulfilling ways of living.
Alongside my clinical work, I teach and publish in psychology. My practice informs my research, and my research informs my practice. This rigour brings a depth of thinking into my therapeutic style. I integrate a number of therapeutic methods that can help shift patterns at a deeper level. I find that an integrated approach works well for many because it draws on a number of methods that I apply in a way that is unique to your needs.
My practice is shaped by a strong commitment to cultural awareness and anti-discriminatory practice. I take seriously how wider contexts — including race, gender, class, the environment and neurodivergence — shape our experiences. Therapy with me is a collaborative space where your whole and complex self is embraced.
My approach is reflective, combining the rigour of science-backed models with a sensitivity to lived experience. While my work is evidence-based - it is always human-first.
