I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your difficulties and connect more deeply with what’s going on for you. Together, we can begin to notice patterns, widen perspectives, and explore ways of being that feel more aligned, more within your control, and more supportive of the life you want to live.

My therapeutic approache integrates a range of evidence-based techniques applied in a person-centred way, taking into account the interconnectedness of thoughts, emotions, our reactions, and embodied experiences.

I have over 20 years of experience working within the NHS, charity and university contexts. I work with with adults across a broad range of challenges, and across socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.

My work is strongly rooted in anti-discriminatory practice.
